We can ship to virtually any address in the World.
Delivery Time
When you place an order with propline.com,
we wil ship your order the same day if it is in
stock at our warehouse. For items not in stock,
there may be a slight delay while we aquire your
products from the manufacturer. To determine availability
and expected shipment dates, call us toll free at
888-567-8448 and we will be happy to provide an
estimated date of delivery.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from propline.com
depend upon the methods and options you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments
as possible,
you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee.
Please also note that the shipping rates
for many items we offer are weight-based. To reflect
the policies of the shipping companies we use, all
weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
Return policy in the event of a Propline error:
In the event that a Propline order picking error occurs
we will promptly refund your money and/or replace
that product at no charge.
We cannot accept returns of
certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after
delivery.
Any item not returned in it's original packaging.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is
damaged, or is missing parts.
